Nova Strength is a program designed around the development of three lifts: the squat, the deadlift, and the bench press. This program is for anyone looking to build strength. Whether that's to perform better at CrossFit, Weightlifting, or Life!
Our goal for the 4 week program is simple: understand mechanics, develop range of motion, and increase our strength. The small group dynamic of this class is designed and tailored for the development of each individual athlete. We attack each session as a unit with plenty of time for individual coaching.
Our group will train as a team Monday and Wednesday nights from 8-930pm. These will be our main training days, in addition to two additional CrossFit classes during the week, you choose the day. Athletes will be advised on any adjustments that must be made to the normally scheduled WODs as to not derail their training. You will also be provided with additional accessory exercises to be performed before or after the WOD.
The importance of the accessory work cannot be overstated, as it will be programmed personally for each athletes needs.
In order to keep the class size small we will be capping the group at 12 members. Athletes will also be invited to a private Facebook group with access to exclusive strength related content.
