Nova Strength is a program designed around the development of three lifts: the squat, the deadlift, and the press (bench and strict). This program is for anyone looking to build strength. Whether that's to perform better at CrossFit, Weightlifting, or Life!Our goal for the 4 week program is simple: understand mechanics, develop range of motion, and increase our strength. The small group dynamic of this class is designed and tailored for the development of each individual athlete. We attack each session as a unit with plenty of time for individual coaching.Our group will train as a team Monday and Wednesday nights from 8-930pm. These will be our main training days. Members with a recurring month to month CrossFit membership are encouraged to continue to attend Crossfit classes (recommend no more than two classes) during the week. We will advise on any adjustments that must be made to the normally scheduled WODs as to not derail your training.In order to keep the class size small we will be capping the group at 12 members. Athletes will also be invited to a private Facebook group with access to exclusive strength related content.We will start our journey Monday, November 6th, at 8pm.
